About Wiltara

About Wiltara

We combine deep on‑ground experience with strategic advisory to help clients navigate practical use of legislation, compliance, and landholder relationships with clarity and confidence.

Who We Are

Wiltara exists to make land access professional, strategic, and human. Born from decades of on‑ground experience across Australia’s largest infrastructure projects, we understand the realities of landholder engagement — not just in theory, but in paddocks, at kitchen tables, and in boardrooms. When land access is done well, it becomes a catalyst for smoother delivery, stronger community trust, and projects that are delivered on time and on budget.

Wiltara’s founder, Tom, grew up on a farm in regional Victoria, and has gone on to lead landholder engagement across some of Australia’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects. Our personnel leverage their rich regional backgrounds with on-ground expertise to create a service offering that is unmatched in market.
