Wiltara’s founder, Tom, grew up on a farm in regional Victoria, and has gone on to lead landholder engagement across some of Australia’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects. Our personnel leverage their rich regional backgrounds with on-ground expertise to create a service offering that is unmatched in market.

Tom brings almost 20 years of experience in landholder engagement, infrastructure advisory, and community relations. Having worked across major transport, energy, and water projects, Tom combines his deep legislative knowledge with a practical, human approach that has shaped Wiltara’s philosophy and service model.
With 15 years of experience in land access coordination and stakeholder engagement, Dan specialises in navigating complex property negotiations, compliance requirements, and on‑ground logistics. Known for his calm, respectful approach, Dan builds trust with landholders while supporting project teams to meet regulatory requirements.
Criag is proud to be a nationally accredited Landholder Liaison Officer and brings decades of knowledge in the agricultural engagement industry to Wiltara. He holds qualifications in Environmental and Quality Management and has worked across multiple linear infrastructure projects in Victoria.
